I had a really bad experience with an employee named Benjamin Mitchell. He was drinking on the job and was so rude and insulting. I will be canceling my contracts with this company for all 8 properties because of him. Do not do business with this company. They are okay with employees who drink on the job. Be aware do not hire this company. Shame on this company for employing people like him.
Not a customer just a concerned Miami driver. 4/8/26, 5:45AM, still dark out, wet road, I-95 S just past the 836... As I approached a slower vehicle in front of me, I checked my rearview mirror. Your van driver (license plate RCS7L4) was so close to my bumper I couldn't even see his headlights. He stayed that close for at least a mile while the slower vehicle was still in front us. We moved into an apartment building in Boynton Beach 12/2024 and since being here, the elevator has been not functioning at least 5 separate occasions. It is currently not functioning and it’s been two days. They state that Schindler is sending their people out to fix but nothing seems to get truly resolved. This is happening to multiple elevators in our buildings. Do not use this company! Updated: from the beginning of 2026 their elevator has been down 7 times (that I’ve documented). An absolute atrocious elevator company
Our elevator in our 4 year building has been out for months. According to them, they don’t have the parts. How can a company that size not have parts for a new elevator?
What do you do when the people who oversee their Customer service don’t respond? And we have a Service Contract with Schindler. Disgraceful!
