These people don't respond to emails or request. They are probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. This company doesn't care about the customers they service. I'm still waiting on assistance to get the elevator permits since July.

horrible service!!! no one returns emails, 5 months waiting for a repair order to be completed. if i could do less than 1 star, i would.
Unfortunately, I have to give Schindler Elevator & Escalators in Miami just 1 star — and even that feels generous. The elevators in our Oceania 1 condo have been in a constant state of disrepair, and Schindler seems completely and repeatdly unable to provide a lasting solution. Instead of fixing the issues, they show up 3 to 4 times a week, yet nothing actually gets resolved. It feels like we’re stuck in a never-ending loop of temporary fixes.
