I work for a nonprofit and this place sucks just like everybody else says I do not know how they are in business .they overcharge every time our quarterly billing is a different price every month they charge $59.99 for an invoice fee and then they charged a $39.99 fee another time they lie and say that people are in trapped in our elevator when we have cameras and surveillance also they say their protocol is to call three numbers which they never call mine for verification. and we have security so they also steal by sending ... read more

This is a complaint about one of their drivers. License plate number 2932194 truck number20201. This driver was on IL 294 between 240-305 pm 4/5/2025 Saturday. Tail gated drivers at a high speed over 80 miles an hour from exit to go IL55 Chicago -St Louis to 127th south bound. Do they not understand that people see and catch on camera who they work for, and what they're doing. What kind of company would hire such irresponsibility! Wouldn't want to hire your business.

Literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their entire business model is to lure people in with a lower initial price, then refuse installation until you pay them a ransom to come and install the elevator. Then, under their maintenance contract, they screwed up our elevator and have thus far refused to fix it - we're over a month now with no elevator because they are completely incompetent, and at this point it feels as if they're being malicious in their inaction.
