I rent from a storage facility and the elevator has been fixed, but not tested for days as being safe for renters at the storage facility to use. How long will it take this company to check the system out for being safe to use? No one at the storage facility seems to know. I tried to leave a message on the phone, but the voice mail is full. They got a one star performance happening at Schindler Elevator.
