A one star rating for this company is too high of a rating! They deserve a negative 5 star rating for their service. Dealing with them on issues is almost impossible when something needs to be added or changed. The only positive i have is the field people. They know what they are doing but getting them there is a problem and their hourly rate is ridiculously high. There are few elevator service companies but if you have another choice in your area call them instead of Schindler.
