I live in the Charles St. Apartments in Providence. I’ve lived here six months, and both elevators have worked maybe three weeks in total. One has been completely out of service for the past three months. They “fixed” it yesterday; by today, it was broken again. Both elevators were down the day I moved in, and since then there have been three separate occasions when neither worked at all. This is a ten-floor building. That’s not an inconvenience, it’s negligence.
What a waste of time and money this office and these jokers are. They Ignore ALL phone calls.
They charge a $29.99 fee if you do not go "paperless billing". I have been asking them for a year. That is right.. a whole year to make my account paperless. They have told me multiple times that they will take care of it. Well 1 year later, still receiving paper bills in the mail and each one includes a $29.99 fee. Rest assured they will send you their bill on time though.
