What a waste of time and money this office and these jokers are. They Ignore ALL phone calls.
They charge a $29.99 fee if you do not go "paperless billing". I have been asking them for a year. That is right.. a whole year to make my account paperless. They have told me multiple times that they will take care of it. Well 1 year later, still receiving paper bills in the mail and each one includes a $29.99 fee. Rest assured they will send you their bill on time though.

Your local office number is not in service. That is not very professional because that number is on the invoice and online. Need to update the phone number.
