Terrible customer service. My business has been trying to work with our sales rep for MONTHS now and have been treated like we are of zero value to them. They have no called/no shown on us for our scheduled maintenance, not returned our multiple phone calls nor emails regarding our work needed, and to top matters, we reached out to the corporate office to discuss what is going on on more than one occasion and they won't even call or email us back! Honest review: .25 star.
