From the time I called them and talked to Mario and the service department he was spectacular very polite very friendly took care of all of my knee that was stranded out in Illinois from Indiana and I couldn't ask for better service than I receive it Shimmer thank you!!!

Not impressed with service dept. Went in for oil change on a brand new vehicle. Asked for full synthetic oil. When I left and looked at receipt it said 5w20 oil was used. Which my truck specifically says 5w30. Called right away. Guy tells me with no investigation needed that the correct oil was used and if I wanted an updated receipt id have to pay! Excuse me! I asked him how he knew what was used when he sits at a desk? He insisted the correct oil was used. Very sketchy! Will not be back and will not recommend this place to... read more
I normally have a good experience with them, but this time Alyssa Ingram emailed me saying that I need to get my car in for a routine service visit. I then called her and told her that I still have 2300+miles before I'm scheduled to come for the routine service. She said bcz of the date I need to go have it serviced. Appointment was on October 24 went in and Mario in the service dept said it wasn't time for me to get service done yet because I have a extended maintenance warranty so I'm not ready for routine service yet acco... read more
