I recently purchased a new truck from Angie and my experience with her and the staff at Schimmer was excellent. Easy to work with and pleasant. I found Angie to be a genuine person and honest person not your ""typical tin pusher" that pushes, prods and pressures you. I will definitely work with Angie again in the future!!! The whole staff from Don, Angie and Mario in Ford service have been great to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Took it in twice for the lights "hill start assist not available" and "service advancetrac". They could not find out why it kept turning on. I found out today driving on I-80 what the problem was. All those lights came back on plus more because my powersteering stopped working. I tried to be proactive by taking it in before a serious problem like this occured. Luckily, I was okay, but I will not be taking my car to them again.
We recently purchased a new Hyundai Palisade with Angie's help. We told her a few things we were looking for in a vehicle and what we werent looking for. She was immediately on the task. There was no pressure, everything was done extremely fast. She made sure we got the best deal there was to get for our money. No games, no fuss, just a simple car buying experience.
