Went in to get my driver's side headlight replaced. Amanda N, the service advisor, and Justin M really took exceptional care of me and my vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
Jayden the sales man was awesome, very sweet and he interacted with my son who is special needs like he was his own!! Anything that I thought needed to be fixed or looked at they took care of it! Thanks guys.
The service center at shimmer ford in Peru once again displayed the commitment to the customer. My son had a problem with his ford eco sport and needed my help I was unable to solve the problem myself. I headed over to shimmer and ran everything by Mario who is absolutely fantastic and helpful in every way. I had no appointment and my son needed this problem fixed and on the road in a few hours.
