Schilling Travel was down right chilling! I spoke to Francine who sounded terrible answering the phone, and was very rude about my husband and I needing to have specifics, which we had. We wanted to take a trip to Hawaii and had done tons of research in regards to the road to Hana, the rainbow eucalyptus trees, the spam obsession, the leapracy exile, really all of the bases. The worst experience I have ever had with a travel agency. I spoke to Tiffany. The moment she realized travel destination was from africa, all her focus was if I had a credit card and if I can show her the visas of the people travelling even though I repeated told her I was local in Minnesota. Then she called back after searching for the tickets and kept insisting i come in and pay in office.
