Fast deliveries, great prices, incredible customer service. Everyone I have ever spoken to has been so kind and accommodating. They care about their customers and are an all around amazing company. Highly recommend
Amazing service! I called bc our fireplace wasn’t working and when I called a fireplace company to fix it he told me there was a leak with the propane tank. Schilling came out and explained there was no leak, we weren’t turning it on fully. They even came in and turned the fireplace on for us and took the time to explain everything and helped clean out spider webs and the glass. The owner was very nice as well as the service man. I haven’t had such good service in a long time, genuinely nice people! Highly recommend!
All schilling does is charge fees, I was billed for services that the delivery guy said he was not going to do. I ran out of propane and I was told it is a $100 trip charge unless I wanted to wait 5 days and I would still need my line inspected since I was out. another $50.
Schilling Propane did a great job installing a new propane tank and new gas line. Very professional from the administrative staff to the installers that appeared to go the extra mile to do a good job in a friendly manner.
My advice to any veteran who needs service to go else where. This company discriminates against disabled veterans. I was trying to explain something and the lady said she didn't care if I was disabled or not and said she didn't support people anyway that went to war. I was extremely caught of guard with this comment. So as I speak in also looking for another business that doesn't discriminate there veterans.
