Tim, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He came out and gave our systems a full inspection and diagnosed a few issues. He was able to quickly solve the issues and at a fair price. He takes time to explain what he finds/what he suggests and treats your home as he would his own. Highly recommend.

Our heater was blowing cool air intermittently. Upon prompt arrival, Tim found that none of the systems were giving any indication of the issue. In fact the unit would run perfectly for 15 minutes and then fail. Tim methodically inspected the unit and found a very difficult/obscure problem and resolved it quickly. We woke up this am to warm temps during the coldest morning of the year! 5-Star Service! Thanks Tim
