When a service call is set up, he and his crew arrive promptly, and will even make it a point to get you an earlier appointment time if one opens up. Tim was of great help, he answered my call at 9pm and even though he couldn’t come out he helped troubleshoot over the phone promptly and fixed my issue, our ac is back up and running. That’s exceptional service, even though i called him for the first time. He will be my go to AC guy, highly recommended.
