We had SCHILLER HARDWARE install a steel door and jam, which we purchased from them, at the back of our office. It was installed incorrectly and not finished. Schiller Hardware is located in Louisville, KY. I contacted them, and they did come and see the poorly installed job that they did. The installation manager said that they would correct the poorly installed door issues, including the large jam gap, so it can be properly locked. But he would have to charge us $900 more.
