They are nice people! However, They are clueless when it comes to wiring anything. They cost me alot more time and money trying to get something right than I could have ever imagined. Don't go there, or you will be sorry. Their add says "they get it right the first time" well, they couldn't get it right the third time. I don't know how many times I witnessed people bringing their vehicles back to be fixed from their screw ups.
We were 1.5 hours from home, broke down, got towed to their location & as their other patrons say "they are good people". They walked us through what needed to be done, gave us updates as soon as things progressed, helped get us fed & made a "horrible" day, very tolerable!!!! Although their parts guy failed them, they did their best by us. Thanks for your hospitality & care away from home. These indeed are GOOD people!!! #TeamSmith from KC.
I broke down in Sedalia and showed up At their place in a tow truck. I was stranded and at their mercy.. They let me borrow their personal car while I ate dinner while they fixed my car. The replaced my starter and had me on my way in 2 hours. They were reasonable priced and dropped what they were doing to help me out in a big way.... If I lived in Sedalia I would use them every time.
