Another great experience with purchasing a watch through Mike this past weekend. I always enjoy chatting about watches with him. I highly recommend Schiffman’s!
Shiffman’s is by far my favorite triad jewelry store. They have great selections at very competitive prices, and a wonderful staff. Christine at the Winston Salem location has been helping me for years now and has been wonderful to work with, finding me everything I’ve wanted.
Came in with a plan, spoke with Mike, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. No obnoxious attempt to upsale, no run around. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and helped me figure out how to get photos to fit the locket. Would definitely do business with them again.
Christine was fabulous. She helped me pick out the perfect necklace (diamond). She is great at her job !!!
In this age of big box low service retail experiences it is a pleasure to encounter a store that does the opposite. From walking in the door with a friendly greeting and knowledgeable service to a quick, efficient transaction, Schiffman’s does a fine job. Allison was a pleasure to deal with. She was warm, friendly and professional.
