I stopped by Schiffman’s to have my watch resized and had a great experience. The staff, especially Allison, was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. Really appreciated the prompt service and how pleasant everyone was. Highly recommend!

MMy deepest dreams come true! I wanted to reset my two emeralds and diamonds in an elegant wide gold hand setting!?Christine helped me work through the process! She was AMAZING!! Where do I start! Christine greeted me as I asked if they could replace my watch battery. It would be ready the day after tomorrow. I said maybe I’d do it on my next visit into W-S. When she learned I lived an hour + away she went over and above and interrupted her watch repairman to kindly help me out. It wasn’t 10 minutes later she returned with my watch ticking away.
