They routinely dismiss symptoms and rush you out as quickly as possible. I cannot speak for every employee there, but from my experience and what I have heard from others, there is a huge lack of proper care at Schiffert Health Center.
Tries to rush you out the door as fast as possible. I went multiple times for numerous reasons, and they misdiagnosed/didn't even recommend for more experienced care. They have actually caused more problems than not, saying my shoulder injury was a muscle strain 3 times. I kept injuring it over and over, and they said I was fine. Same for multiple times when I've been sick. That shoulder injury led to 2 years of pain and surgery (still ongoing). I was very upset with my misdiagnosis from Schiffert's. I came in with some clear virus symptoms such as being overly hot and sweaty, loss of appetite, digestion issues, body aches, a migraine etc. i mentioned these and a slew of other symptoms yet the doctor and nurse barely tested me at all! They looked at my heart with a stethoscope and felt my lymph nodes which were very swollen they said.
