Hired him and his associate Joel Norton to do a Partition. $20,000 and two years later I was no closer to a partition than I was when I started. Just prior to the peak of my frustration I replenished my 5K retainer, yet again and I released these guys. I was done getting nowhere. Don't hire carry sheiver as probate attorney. He took me for a ride. I told him I was on disabilty a case with 2 people that was done except for accounting $7,000. He dragged it on. I came in had everything organized with post it notes. No house involved just needed accounting. And lawyer removed. He spent 6.60 hours he says. Reviewing and telephone conference with me.
