AH! so happy I was able to find the proper place to leave a review. Because it is in fact well deserved. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Derek Nelson. I had an issue with my lever belt where the pin had fallen out of the mechanism. I had called up and he took care of me... Not only did the send me a new pin they sent me and entire new Lever mechanism.... not only did they send it they sent it priority shipping... Guess how much this costed me? Nothing.... I am beyond pleased with this customer service.
