This is the second time I’ve used this pool service to fix my pool pump and I won’t hesitate to use them again. My call was returned within the hour and after sending some pictures and texting about the problems that I was having Jim was able to get my system up and running. Within just a couple hours of my initial call my 10-year-old grandson is back swimming in the pool and when it all got back up and running, he looked at me and said ‘BOOM’. Jim from Schiedenhelm Pool Services, LLC come out to install a new spa light, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I explained the issue and sent a photo of the non-working light. I had leak at the pool pump. I contacted Jim for help. Sent him a picture of the leak. He ordered the part and was there next day. He kept me updated through the process. I will never use anyone else for pool services. He even put chemicals in the pool to jump start it back to normal for the weekend. Highly recommend Jim for all pool services.
I had issues with my pool pump not working properly. I was out of state but left a message asking someone to call me so that I could arrange for them to look at it. Jim quickly returned my call, was out at my house the next day and took care of everything. Apparently the pump was fine, there was just a very minor thing that needed to be tweaked.
