I have used Jim’s services exclusively. Once to replace our aged heat pump and filter. Excellent prices and job done right. Replumbed the water circuit so that water coming from the pool was filtered before passing through the heat pump avoiding a possible down the line warranty issue. This week Jim promptly responded to a call to service our propane spa heater. The second call this summer on different issues. This is the second time I’ve used this pool service to fix my pool pump and I won’t hesitate to use them again. My call was returned within the hour and after sending some pictures and texting about the problems that I was having Jim was able to get my system up and running. Within just a couple hours of my initial call my 10-year-old grandson is back swimming in the pool and when it all got back up and running, he looked at me and said ‘BOOM’.
