I needed an oil change, the Ford Pass app gave two weeks for the earliest service date. I called the service department at 730 am, the service rep was helpful and he was able to get me a same day appointment. Oil change was fast, in and out in forty minutes, great service.
This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I've ever had. I went in with knowing what I wanted and left with what I wanted. Kyle and Chris were great and I didn't feel pressured. No stress at all. Thank you, I love my new car!
Chris gave me the space I needed to think through my options and then was all hands on deck when I was ready to proceed with a used car. Cameron helped me secure the vehicle I wanted, getting me to where I needed to be payment wise. Great experience, better duo!
