Made a deal on the motorhome and flew across the country to pick it up and for the most part it was everything they said it was. But I had no idea about the scratching in the paint, and you cannot see it in the pictures. And salesman said he never saw it either. I asked them if they would help me out by getting it buffed back in my home town or reduce the price a little bit. Knocked it out of the park on our new bronco. Trade in was beyond fair. Priced lower than msrp. The customer service is what brought my wife and I back.
The service manager lied to me about the requirements for the 10,000 mile maintenance on my new car. Had I not checked myself, the warranty on my 2025 mustang would be void. He told me that it was just an oil change, when I checked they should have done a full maintenance inspection and rotated the tires, greased the axles, and done the oil change.
