They catered our building's Christmas Party on 12/18/14. In a word "TERRIBLE". Frying turkeys in the basement parking garage allowed the smell of hot grease to permeate all 8 floors of the building. The turkey I had was dry. Never in south Louisiana have I had rice dressing so flavorless and dry. The green beans were mushy and flavorless. I don't know what Mr. Rault paid this outfit, but it was too much.
