It was a terrible experience! The credit manager didn't even look at my credit score. She said they open accounts based on their own decision. She had me running around for two days back & forth to the bank & them trying to dispute some charges that she said was on my credit history that weren't from the bank at all but was student loans. Based on the look on her face & the short way she was treating me I really don't think she even wanted to help me. I will not be returning to that store again.
The associates are very courteous and professional. Even the delivery associates.
I forgot the nice lady's name, but the service was exceptional, we were treated like family, thank you
Karen went above and beyond!! We arrived at 5:30, they really worked with my granny and I. The credit application personnel and the young man that finished our application. We appreciate you all!!!
