Salesperson ROBIN is wonderful! She engaged us as a team member and an advocate . Not a salesperson. Under no pressure, we pursued our goal, accomplished our mission and had a completely satisfying experience purchasing a bed, foundation and frame. We will be back for that recliner!
I am moving to a smaller home and needed new furniture. Robin was so helpful in showing me furniture in my requested price range. She was patient and informative and answered my questions. I haven’t shopped for furniture in years but she listened to my needs and price range and helped me find what I wanted. The last time I shopped for furniture at another store, the person pushed me toward certain items and I was never satisfied, so thanks to Robin’s patience and help, I love the items I chose.
