Schewels is a sorry excuse of a business. I purchased a warranty on my washer that is less than a year old. They send some "jack leg" who is supposed to be a certified technician to my house. He made matters worse. I called to let them know that my washer was worse than before, the service technician then tells me he does not work after 3pm or on the weekends. Makes absolutely no sense that I can't get any information about when my furniture will arrive!. Very disappointed all I hearcis we have no idea! Wth kind of service is that to pay for?!
The store is alright its the furniture they sell it looks good on the outside but the inside is where the problem lies the product is cheaply mad it won't hold up. They use the poorest quality of wood they can find to make their furniture just won't hold up. Its just cheaply made with a high price tag.
