Right before Christmas the heater on my 2015 VW GTI stopped working. Nobody else was open, so I went with these guys. I dropped off my car, they said it would be a $1,600 repair, and that they needed to order the part. Fine, that matches about what I expected after a little bit of research. Eric, the boss on duty who oversaw my car getting checked out for some kind of gas leak, was really unprofessional. I perceived him being irritated because I wanted to know exactly what parts were the problem, because the price difference of the repair was around $680 with one factory part and three after market parts, or around $1,100 with all factory parts. He showed me the gas canister (problem), and then the “vent selanoide” and “fuel selanoide” that also needed to be replaced. But did not check the back windshield washe... read more
