Barnes, Buttlar and Nowlin have been seeing our family for over 20 years and we are very pleased with the level of care. Their entire staff is friendly and professional. Ten out of ten!
I’ve been going to this practice for the past six years or so, and have been met with nothing but professionalism and kindness on each visit. I wear glasses, and if I find frames elsewhere that they do not carry, they can order them for me. I’d recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great eye care experience.
I’m posting this review because I could not believe how Schertz vision source could not help me when I really needed help. I had lost one of my contacts (which unfortunately was my last pair) And called to order more and asked for a pair to get me through until they were delivered. They stated they could not do that. Oh my gosh! The staff could not have been better. Everyone I dealt with before my appointment & during it were so sweet & helpful. I was having trouble getting my insurance info the day before my appointment but couldn't find it. They were so patient with me & even held my appointment while I was trying to find the info. Everyone was wonderful! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Update: My teenage daughter was seen here the other day.
