I scheduled a routine exam and upon arrival they said I was scheduled to see a specialist and wanted to charge me $20 ! My regular eye exam are free through my Humana insurance and they want to make more money of a patient which I find very unprofessional. They finally said they would waive the fee because they knew they were ripping me off. More people need to stand up and complain about companies ripping their patients off 🤬
