I brought my mom to the emergency care, and we had a very positive experience. The wait was short, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They treated my mom with so much care and compassion, checking in on her and explaining everything clearly. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a stressful situation easier. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of her!
The staffs were so amazing from the check in until we left the facility. The wait time was less than 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor. My daughter was treated and discharged to home and she has recovered very well. They are open 24 hours so super convenient for late night emergencies. Excellent wait time and amazing and attentive Nurses and Doctors.
I had an excellent experience at this emergency clinic. The staff was professional, caring, and efficient from start to finish. I was seen quickly, and the turnaround time was much faster than I expected. Leah at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Our nurse Chris W. was amazing. Dr. Williams is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. It was almost no wait and they did everything they could do for my broken toe. I don't want to get hurt or sick, but if I did, this place is definitely the absolute #1 option for me and my family!
The staff was very pushy and seemed like they were very impatient. They wouldn’t slow down enough for my wife to even explain her pains before the doctor was talking over her and poking at her sides. Then when the nurse came in for x-rays she was quick and seemed very impatient herself.
