I had an excellent experience at this emergency clinic. The staff was professional, caring, and efficient from start to finish. I was seen quickly, and the turnaround time was much faster than I expected. Leah at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Our nurse Chris W. was amazing. We had a great experience at Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic. They were fast, friendly, and efficient — I was in and out in no time. We went because my son wasn’t feeling well, and with strep and COVID going around his school, I wanted him checked out. The doctor took time to listen, gave helpful suggestions for over-the-counter remedies, and prescribed something for his cough. I really appreciated how caring and thorough they were. Highly recommend!
Fanatic service from the front desk lady to the nurses and doctors! The hospital is very clean and orderly. The doctor I saw was compassionate and explained my symptoms in a way I can understand. He was amazing! My nurse was awesome and the IV she administered was quick with no pain from the needle stick. I highly recommend this Emergency Clinic.
Best ER we’ve ever been to! The team was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very thoughtful! Toby at the front desk immediately answered my call, informed Chris, RN, who was prepared for me upon my arrival. Chris ensured of mine and my husband’s comfort. Joel was efficient in running my CT. Dr. Rayfield and RN Chris were direct in giving me next steps. Each member worked together to get us in and out, while still providing us with sincere needed care. Very much appreciated this care team!
Hands down the best service we've ever had at an ER/emergency clinic. Leah at the front desk was kind and quick with the check in process. Chris and Joel were absolutely amazing and Dr. Gonzalez was kind, efficient and great bed side manner with our daughter. Would recommend this clinic to anyone and will definitely be a returning customer when medical services are needed.
