One stop shop. Being in an emergency type situation is never ideal but my experience here was exceptional. From start to finish this place was fast, efficient, organized, clean, but most importantly kind and very much patient care driven. We had an AMAZING experience here!! We took our daughter in to get a couple of stitches and we were seen right away!! The front desk lady Desiree was super nice and helpful!! Our nurses Ashley and Courtney were so kind and caring the entire time helping us and explaining everything to us. Same thing with the doctor that helped us!! Dr Rayfield was amazing and every gentle and kind with our little girl!! And got the stitches done super quick!! We will definitely be going here again in case of an emergency!!
My husband sent me to this wonderful nice establishment by scaring me while I was trying to clean my ears after a nice peaceful hot shower..he said rawr, I said ow and blood was seen so I ended up here. Staff was great! Everyone was nice, polite and the service was quick. Got me in and out in under an hour with needs being met and evaluation was thorough. Hopefully I don't have to come back but if I do, I'd choose this clinic again.
The staff was very nice! Darleen was my nurse and I’m so thankful she was working both days I went in. I cannot recall the doctors name, however, he was great too! There were interns who were so sweet and seemed eager to learn. I’m thankful for this clinic!
This was my first time using the Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic on 5/7/25. I was taken right in and immediately it was an "all hands on deck" approach. Everyone introduced themselves and let me know what their role was. They were professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic and use it again if needed. Thank you to Leah, Chris W, Joseph and Dr. Castillo for making sure I was well taken care of and treated with kindness.
