We had an AMAZING experience here!! We took our daughter in to get a couple of stitches and we were seen right away!! The front desk lady Desiree was super nice and helpful!! Our nurses Ashley and Courtney were so kind and caring the entire time helping us and explaining everything to us. Same thing with the doctor that helped us!! Dr Rayfield was amazing and every gentle and kind with our little girl!! And got the stitches done super quick!! We will definitely be going here again in case of an emergency!!
Very clean and the staff is very kind and caring. Leah at the front desk was very helpful and checked us in quickly— Chris W. was my RN and he was cheerful and funny — Dr. Gibson was very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. We will definitely use this clinic in the future — thanks again.
I received the very best care here! From walking in the door to leaving was top notch professional and caring. I was treated with respect and kindness, my diagnosis was identified and treated. Unlike some places I did not wait hours for care, I was seen within minutes of walking in the door. I would like to thank the staff; Front Desk reception Toby, My Nurse Chris W., and Dr. Wells. Thank you again for such excellent and outstanding care!!!
Satisfied with my visit. No more than five minutes before being fully checked in by Desiree and ready to be seen by nursing. LVN Lauren was not pleasant and had an unfavorable bed side manner. Dr. Gibson exceeded expectations- I was happy with his evaluation and best standard treatment planning and friendly demeanor. Overall good visit. I would recommend to anyone that values a clean, fast and efficient ER experience.
Had a very pleasant experience here even as a visitor! Front desk gave me no problems just to see my mom and staff is super friendly. My mom comes here all the time and has nothing bad to say about this place! I am very thankful for this clinic taking such good care of my loved one.
