I highly recommend using this facility when you need immediate emergency care - from the lovely individual at the front desk who made checking in pleasant to the very kind and compassionate nursing staff - Dr Gonzalez was awesome! You can even get an online appt time! Not thrilled that I needed them of course who wants an urgent care visit on a Friday night - but very pleased with my treatment

Absolutely love this place. Hope I don’t have to return but if need be, I will definitely return to this ER front desk. Lady was absolutely amazing. Came in an emotional wreck and left with some peace of mind. Appreciate all the workers there thank you.💕

My husband went in this morning had some major issues. From the front desk, doctor, RN, nurses all the staff were absolutely amazing. He does not like doctors and they were great and understanding. Everyone made him feel comfortable, answered anything he wanted. We are very thankful for all of you there. Thank you for taking such great care of him.

Was recommended to go here from the Urgent Care. Receptionist Toby was nice and took my information quickly. The RN, Chris was understanding and let me explain the whole situation. Rad Tech Alphonso was super kind and Dr. Castillo was quick to give me results. Overall experience was 10/10.

No one wants to need the ER, but if you do, this is the place. Took my kid on a holiday. Everyone was pleasant and very accommodating. We were seen by the physician, Dr Idbaiwi, almost immediately. We got a care plan tailored to us, and everything was explained well with all questions answered. They were great with my kid and even gave her a little prize. Definitely 5 star service!
