Refused to order a dress even though I was willing to pay top dollar...very rude wanting us to buy ripped old dresses....so we went to Susans boutique in Georgetown Delaware....the most amazing dresses I have ever seen...very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Unfortunately alterations for my grandmother’s dress were not done well, it ended up being 2 inches longer in the front than in the back (she took hers elsewhere to be fixed!) , my dad’s suit came in the wrong size twice...and it was so close to the wedding that nothing could be done about it. I called to schedule a time to pick up my gown and bridesmaid dresses. I attempted to pick them up on a Tuesday and was told they would be ready by Wednesday morning, went Wednesday morning and they still were not ready until afternoon... read more
5 STARS ⭐️ As always Scher’s was wonderful to work with when shopping for my daughter’s wedding dress. Customer service is excellent. They are all friendly and extremely helpful and the alterations are FREE. Judy and Mark treat you like you are family!! My daughter bought all her prom dresses and homecoming dresses and now her beautiful wedding gown from Scher’s bridal. I will add professional pictures when we get them. Prices are extremely reasonable along with their 5 Star customer service. Thank you all!!!
