Be wary of the SPS30 Assurance scam! They start off by saying how your energy bills will be lower after the project and then all winter my brand new windows were leaking air and super drafty. Not to mention the glass has failed so many times because they use cheap Harvey windows and don’t install them properly. The whole project seemed like unskilled labor that didn’t work directly for sps that were poorly managed. I live in a 7 building - 90 unit condo community on the water in Portland Maine. We've now used SPS for two huge projects over the past 3 years (Replacing roofs one year & replacing siding (down to the studs - securing the whole building "envelope") These guys are professionals ... Their guys are hard working - polite - neat - provide exceptional workmanship. Every dollar we had to pay the HOA in the form of a special assessment - to cover the costs - was well worth it.
