Schepers’s came out and recently installed an irrigation system at our new build home. The crew, lead by Luke, was fabulous. They did a great job and communicated all steps along the way well with us! Jeff was super friendly and helpful, he walked us through the app and how to use it, set up all programming to help our new lawn come in, and was available for questions anytime! Highly recommend!
I called with some questions today and spoke with Megan who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have a new bluetooth system that I am new to and she was able to check my sensors remotely and help me get to what I needed! How cool! What a great team! I will always recommend Schepers!
Had a guy named Dirk come out to work on the startup for my system and couldn't have been a nicer guy. Made sure I was good with the work and even taught me something new about my system. Very handy information and above and beyond work. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable which I always appreciate. Thank you for the quick and amazing service.
Last year Scheplers was out to replace all new heads. System was working great, in the fall they came out to shut it down and now it won't turn on..a call to them to fix as they were the last ones to work on it..can't come for 2 weeks???? In the meantime our yard is turning into a hayfield and I will never recommend this company to anyone! .
We had a new irregation system installed this past August. Scheper’s has been great to work with Jeff and Reese helping me learn the Hydrawise controller. The follow-up on making some needed adjustments has been excellent too. I can recommend Schepers to anyone looking for a quality irregation system in the west Michigan area.
