I rarely leave reviews... But I felt compelled to after my experience yesterday. In this day in age, customer service is beyond lacking, but not at Schepers Lawn Sprinkling. Malachi came out to check on my potential water leak from a sprinkler head. Malachi was very knowledgeable and educated me on what he was seeing, the potential causes and next steps. Keep up the great work Malachi, thank you for the great experience!
Malachi just did an excellent tune up of all 8 our zones. His advice was spot on. He adjusted heads, told us to increase the times in some zones and to decrease the time in one area. He also had us add an additional day of watering. Excellent technician. He was extremely patient in explaining the system to senior citizens and helped us set up the app on our phones. Malachi is an asset to your Company!
