Buyer Beware - use a different flooring company. Stopped in there to basically plead that the company stand by their work and fix the defective flooring they put in my 1.5 year old residence. Notified them three months after moving into our new home of issues and was told "home needed to settle, but they stand behind their work". Fast forward to many emails to this company and the builder expressing that the floor issues have not only persisted but have gotten worse. They creak and squeak loudly, the planks (LVP) are separat... read more
