Buyer Beware - use a different flooring company. Stopped in there to basically plead that the company stand by their work and fix the defective flooring they put in my 1.5 year old residence. Notified them three months after moving into our new home of issues and was told "home needed to settle, but they stand behind their work". Fast forward to many emails to this company and the builder expressing that the floor issues have not only persisted but have gotten worse. Brand new LVP flooring in our condo only 8 months old and from day one squeaked and were very loud when you walked on them. Emailed the company and they sent someone over - he said the floors "need to settle" and their floating floors so expect some slight noise. Well this is not slight noise - I had LVP in the past, I go to other peoples homes with LVP in it and they don't sound like ours. New floors should not be so squeaky that much I know. We had floors put in by them in 2022, and no fault of their own, but a manufacturing issue with the supplier resulted in some gaps in our floors. Schenectady Flooring came back and did a great job repairing the issues, I think it was Bill and John who came out. I had concerns if it would be even possible at all to fix the problems, but they got it looking perfect again. They have great service and stand behind their work. Definitely use them.
