I just tried to call and make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was very cold and condescending. She didn't even want to listen to me just kept saying dry eye get artificial tears. I haven't been there since 2018 but I am still in the system therefore she could have taken a few moments to see I have an issue with pressure build up behind my eyes but no instead she wanted to make me feel like I was an idiot who knows nothing about MY OWN CONDITION. I have been a patient of the practice for many years now, and have always had a very positive experience. Dr. Longo has been on top of any issues I’ve had, answers any questions, and explains clearly the plan to resolve them. Dr. Strickler performed cataract surgery on me a couple of years ago. At the initial meeting, he patiently answered all my questions (I had two pages of them), and the surgery itself went off without a hitch.
