We have been a Schendel customer for probably 15 years at 3 different homes. Their customer service is awesome as they are always so accommodating when scheduling a quarterly visit and working around my busy schedule. They have helped us with a spider problem in 2 houses and a roach problem when we brought roaches from a storage unit in our cardboard boxes. Abi in the office and Ben, the service technician are awesome. Together they provide excellent customer service, are always friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them to other apartment owners and managers.

Always going above and beyond. Prompt, courteous service. Ben comes to our business like clockwork and it wasn't until we encountered a big dilemma did I realizeD what a gem this company truly was for us. Ben came to our clinic on his lunch hour and educated us on all things big related and the next day, Bill met me to get some product to us so we could protect ourselves. He didn't have to do that, he offered to meet me half way. That is customer service and we are a lifelong customer. Thank you for being so "Iowa nice".
