Today, May 26th, I spoke with an employee named Joseph. He assisted me very kindly and explained the process for ordering a replacement key for my 2018 Toyota Camry with great clarity. Afterward, I decided to visit the store in person to show him the old key I was currently using. He helped me expedite the process so I could receive my new key sooner—by placing the order online—and even helped me make a minor repair to my old key so that I could continue using it in the meantime, until the new one arrives.
