Positives: Quick sale, knowledge of Palmetto Dunes, Ops (Whitney) works hard Negatives: As a seller you get a spiel from Phil and then I barely ever heard from him again. It’s not just buyers that need guidance, sellers do too. Was treated as a non priority.
My wife and i were interested in owning in Palmetto Dunes and decided to go to Schembra for help. He rolled out the red carpet for us and spent the time to get to know us to find out what we liked and help us locate the perfect place for our family.
