Recently I decided to replace my old driveway and expand it. I called around for quotes from businesses in the area. Jeff Schell quoted me a competitive price on my driveway and he was very professional on the phone. Jeff always picked up the phone and answered all of my questions taking his time. This is the most unprofessional business I've had to deal with. Jeff and Gerardo are lacking in the customer service department. I was promised a start date and had a no show. I have contacted both of them and it's just a run around. Maybe we can fit you in next wk was the response. If you are busy say that, I was in no rush but don't have me missing work to accommodate your time and you don't show up or call.
The do a great job repairing and seal coating my driveway. Used them two years in a row now.
I recently contacted this company, through their own website, for a free estimate. They never got back to me. Other companies said they don't work in my area, don't do residential, or contacted me and gave me a quote. I heard absolutely nothing from Schell Sealcoating!
