The Dr is fantastic, however, he can in no way make up for the woman running the office. The receptionist is condescending, contradicts her own poor excuses for your glasses/contacts taking Months to get there and then blames you for not answering the phone when she calls. She even tried to sell me her pyramid scheme skin care after lecturing me about not coming in right away when she got my contacts. Absolute worse customer service experience I've ever had. I've worked in the optical industry for 4 years, and have been a consumer for 13 years. The receptionist needs to be fired due to her complete lack of respect and hostility for the customer. I came in ONLY wanting to see the frames they had in stock, and not needing an exam due to my prescription being less than a year old.
