I have been a customer for many years and I have been very pleased. I had a problem with my RX one time and they went out of their way to help me. I would recommend them to everyone.
over all they are good but dont catch them on a bad day or call them on the phone. they tend to be a lil rude. but hay they are cheep. may be go to another location if you can. just in case
Went there to get more contacts and the lady at the front desk was very nice. She explained to me that my prescription was expired but quickly offered to get me in right away for an eye exam. Best of all, my eye exam was free because I was on their club membership! I was in and out!
I never had a problem with them untill today. The first associat cut me off over the phone while I was speaking, then the second receptionist hung up on me before I had a chance to ask another question or say thank you.
Service is not that good. Employees need more training I'n that area.
They're well worth it, I got my glasses in 4-5 days instead of the 2 wks they told me & 1 wk. after I needed a simple repair (slightly bent) & while 1 lady was helping me I had an Epileptic Seizure & they were "Great" helping me through the situation. I felt safer with them than the EMS. I'll always shop here. :)
great customer service, several selections on glasses, speedy recovery on getting your glasses back. Overall very happy with coming here. We drove from Troy, Alabama which is over an hour away to get service.

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff! the glasses you get what you paid for last year i had received glasses i paid over $200.00 for and was upset with the price, then i came back this year only wanting the 2 for 69.95 and they gave them to me! worst mistake i made! i will never wear those glasses again my clarity was no where near what it was when i paid 200.00. i recommend listening to what the employees recommend. They know what they are talking about. i def will be back!
