Hubs and I went into the location at Northlake. We now live closer there than to the mint hill location . I cannot say one negative thing about the location or the staff there. Both Mrs. Carolyn and Christina were professional, knowledgeable, caring and sweet to my husband and myself. We received stellar customer service from these ladies . Muy buena atencion
The staff at this location is obnoxious. They have no customer service and want to argue with everyone. Appointments were made over the phone and two children were given the same appointment time. When we showed up for our appointment we were told a parent had to be in the room with the child and I SHOULD NOT HAVE SCHEDULED THEM FOR THE SAME TIME. I was not aware of this requirement and the employee who answered the phone was aware of their ages because I gave her their birthdates. They scheduled the appointments not me. The... read more

I had a great experience at the location. Nice friendly staff. The exam was quick and easy. I felt very comfortable. I wasn't pressured to buy anything but given options. I won't be afraid to go for an eye exam again. Very happy customer will refer others!
