I can NEVER get ahold of the office. Their voicemail says they answer the phones from 9am-12pm, and 2pm-4pm, but they never answer their phones during those times. The answering machine is full and you cant even leave a message. If it wasn't so hard to get a different family doctor, id already have a different one. I literally avoid going to the doctor because I hate going to this office so much and I can never get ahold of them to book an appointment. If you are looking for a doctors office that doesn't answer the phone, emails or give you a call back after an ultrasound or any other IMPORTANT testing this is the place for you. Service here is an absolute joke especially when people are concerned about their health. I would consider any other place in Barrie other than this place as it can’t get any worse. If possible I would give 0 starts.

Just trying to get in touch is a nightmare? What Is going on with ontario Healthcare. Your availed Monday to Thursday 9-4? And a lunch from 1230 -130 . I can't even get someone to answer the phone. Now you want me to email you an appointment?? And I can only email from Monday-Thursday within those times. This is a monopoly and I'm just better off going to a walk in.
