I work as a scheduler for Optum and this provider called to make an appointment with a provider on behalf of a patient. He got incredibly rude and aggressive with me when I told him I couldn't give a soon appointment. He spoke a lot of nonsense but showed how big his ego is, as if I would care about that. He needs a reality check with how to treat people. No wonder he has horrible ratings. He deserves ZERO stars!

Wish i could leave no stars. This is not a nice person, not a people person, very rude. Horrible attitude. Please dont waste your time here. Very bitter man who should not be in a profession where you have to deal with people, very disappointed. I feel for the people who work for him, hope they can find a better job, with a nicer boss. DONT GO HERE!!
Very disappointed. Doctor was very rude, was no help at all. Definitely not going back. Says to be a pediatric ophthalmologist but not kid friendly at all.
