I've shopped here many times and always had amazing and courteous customer service. Never pushy but helpful. Today, i went to get another pair of shoes for my daughter as the skechers velcro came apart. I purchased them this summer but she has only worn since school started. Again, they said we will take care of you and allowed me to exchange. So appreciative! Seldom to find stores these days that do such a good job of taking care of their customers.
