I am so impressed by the level of service that Scheel’s has always provided and continues to excel at during these uncertain times. As I pulled into the parking lot a few weeks ago, I witnessed a sales associate assisting an elderly woman curbside, fitting her with new shoes. Kudos to Scheels for their excellent customer service!

I went to Scheels in Moorhead to purchase a Maui Mat knowing it wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. I work next door so I brought a coworker with to help me carry it back to work to leave there until I was able to pick up. After hearing of my plan, Luke and another Scheels employee (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name!) carried it back to my work for us! Thank you for going above and beyond and doing the unexpected.

Scheels in Moorhead has been one of my favorite places to shop for a long time! The employees are always SO helpful, yet never pushy. We stopped in last night and they went above and beyond expectations for us! Our daughter is SO excited about her awesome new bike! Thank you, Scheels (Moorhead)!
