Scheels should fire their security team at the Village Point location. One of my friends was publicly harassed and embarrassed by your workers who accused him of stealing. I bet they felt really dumb after they realized he didn't do anything, but think about how it would feel to be publically shamed. He and his family deserve a apology or you won't ever be getting any of my money.
They discriminated my family for shopping while black said it was because someone earlier in the day was stealing they found no merchandise on us other then what we purchased. They gave us no apology, we then returned our purchased item with receipt because of the racist actions the showed and continued after they knew they were wrong.. i would recommend black people don't come here they will make your family upset everyone was shocked and never felt such a way because we know not to steal and I'm a professional with a caree... read more
Great selection of handguns! Fast and friendly service. In and out. Unlike Cabela's... draw a number and wait a very long time. Accessories like magazines and holsters can be better.
Great shopping experience! Friendly and helpful staff to. Too bad you don't open a store in San Antonio!
Chase Volin in the bike shop was so instructional, answered all of our questions and we loved the store, including the Ferris Wheel!
Extremely poor customer service. I will no longer shop here.
