I have purchased handguns and a safe everytime from Shane Ahrens at the Omaha location. He has always bedn very patient and helpful. I will be back again and again.
Worst thing about this store.... I can't leave without buying something.
Went to Scheels for assistance with my Garmin Vivo Fit, which was still counting steps, but wouldn't sync with my phone. In the past, Bruce was my go to guy, and he was always able to help me. This week he wasn't there when I came in, and Zac stepped to the rescue. Thorough, patient, hetook care of my vivo fit questions, and was absolutely STELLAR. You can be sure, I will be going back to Scheels!

Alec in women's shoes and Meredith in children's shoes were knowledgeable, made excellent suggestions and even though they had multiple customers they made sure our kids were taken care of! ! We really appreciate your time.
