Had their loss prevention guy follow me my entire shopping trip while carrying my baby. Finally I just sat and waited for the wife to finish shopping. I will never go back to a place that makes its customers feel like a crook.

RecommendedI ordered a bike that I found online over the phone yesterday with the help of Jordan. He was so friendly and helpful. The bike was built yesterday afternoon and picked it up curbside this morning. He explained it could take a day or two to finish so I was surprised when he called back a few hours later to say it was ready. He completed the warranty and everything for me. Thanks Jordan for your help and completing everything so quick!
RecommendedI don’t shop a lot, but I did purchase two of my favorite jackets and a pair of leather sandals at Scheels over the years. You get what you pay for at Scheels. Certain purchases are an investment and are worth the extra $. Looking forward to the new store! Have been watching the development over the past year! 👍

They are scanning ammo upstairs at $8-14 less a box than they actually are. They scan at $16.19 upstairs. Then they send you downstairs to ring out. I guess they are hoping you won’t want to go back upstairs. Stopped by last night, and couldn’t get anyone to help me. They wouldn’t even say hi. I used to buy everything here, but won’t be coming back.
