RecommendedUnder the category "I should have known". I submit that after traversing to the big box stores I found the Craftsman part I needed right at Scheels Home & Hardware with no waiting to order. Furthermore, thinking we could "DIY" was a mistake so when I called back I was surprised to learn it could be brought down and looked at within days which was way sooner than expected. Just awaiting what I expect to be a superior service job done by Scheels!
