I used this software for over a year Its very archaic, difficult to use and has limited features The reason I am writing a review, though is the fact that we were in the process of switching our software for managing the real estate portfolio. One of my tenants, about the whole process called schedule my rent I didnt received numerous phone calls from schedule my rent, when I told them I would be switching over to a new software. Worst company ever. I signed up and was working with the app for my rentals for about two weeks. The videos weren't up to date and they informed me "they are working on it". They did all the bank checking and everything passed. I have great credit. I informed my tenants of the change to new app and they were all sent emails. And then, for no reason SchelduleMyRent will provide, they cancelled my account. Deleted everything!! Locked me out. All I received was an email saying I had to find a new application to manage my rental... read more
