I'm over it with this place. It was awesome because they were able to see my whole family of four at once. It was awful because their system was "down", for which I was understanding. They wrote down stuff from our appointment by hand, and I trusted it. They got my prescription in, but they failed to give me referrals for myself or my daughter. They ordered tests for my husband and when he got his results back they were all flagged in MyChart as abnormal and it's been two weeks trying to contact this doctor for next steps be... read more
Do not go to this doctor office horrible service they won't help you
If I could give zero stars, I would. I just walked out on the doctor within moments of meeting him. I was attempting to establish myself as a new patient. I just recently moved to the area and have to have a referral for local specialists so that I do not have to continue to drive to Columbus. Not one question was asked about my medical history, just told that I don’t need a referral if I have doctors in Columbus because my neurologist there would be who I would see about a herniated disc…even after explaining that my neurol... read more
Got blood work and X-ray done November 15th nobody has called and said nothing. Everytime I call I get put on hold. Their terrible and unprofessional
