Dr. Schaus and her PA, Melinda, are extremely kind and caring. They both answered all my questions thoroughly and, frankly, were more concerned for me than I was for myself at that point in time. While I thought, because of my continuing pain, that surgery was the only answer, Dr. Schaus refused. Her reassurance that the issue did not require dire or radical measures saved me the additional pain that such a dramatic step would have caused. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Would you recommend this ENT otolaryngologist to others? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
