Dr. Schaus and her PA, Melinda, are extremely kind and caring. They both answered all my questions thoroughly and, frankly, were more concerned for me than I was for myself at that point in time. While I thought, because of my continuing pain, that surgery was the only answer, Dr. Schaus refused. Her reassurance that the issue did not require dire or radical measures saved me the additional pain that such a dramatic step would have caused.
