Made an appointment for 10am. As I am waiting in the parking lot I get a text from a random number at 10am that they are running late and to drop my keys in some garage slot. I've never met these people and the location was shady. They told me if I wanted to wait I would have to wait at least 30 minutes. I drove off and didn't say anything. No follow up, no apologies for missing the appointment. Business must be booming for them to act like this. I'll go to a real business that honors appointments.
